Jana Pallaske is a German actress and musician, born on May 20, 1979, in Berlin. She dropped out of school before graduating high school to pursue acting and debuted in 2000 with the lead role of Sabine in the thriller “alaska.de”. She became known for roles such as the runaway Johanna in “Engel & Joe” (2001), Babette in “12 Meter ohne Kopf” (2009), the Frenchwoman Babette in Quentin Tarantino’s “Inglourious Basterds” (2009), Charlie in the “Fack ju Göhte” trilogy (2013–2017), as well as appearances in “Speed Racer” (2008), “Männerherzen” (2010), “Tatort: Bausünden” (2017), “Lassie – Eine abenteuerliche Reise” (2019), and “Jerks.”
