Biography
Verónica is a Mexican actress, singer and writer who has developed her career in theater and television. She graduated from the Centro Universitario de Teatro (CUT) of the UNAM in 2012. Since then she has carved a career on the boards that has earned her the appreciation of the public, standing out in projects such as La Vengadora de las Mujeres, directed by Carla Soto in Almagro, Spain; Cómo Sembrar Cocodrilos en un Cabaret Mecánico; Los Equilibristas; Demasiado Cortas las Piernas; Visceral, a monologue about a girl who has lost her mother and, La madriguera, directed by José Sampedro. Theater has taken her to travel around the world, presenting her work in places such as Spain, Germany and the interior of the Mexican Republic. In 2020 the actress landed an important role in the Netflix original series, Historia de un crimen: La Búsqueda, Said production revives the case of little Paulette, a story that shocked Mexico and, in addition, gave a glimpse of the journalistic and governmental dynamics that complicated the case from the beginning. Verónica is also part of the cast of Backdoor, a comedy project that was born on the internet and went viral in 2019, because of the video Harina, in which Verónica played Lieutenant Ramírez.
