Biography
Maria Thayer (born October 30, 1975, in Portland, Oregon) is an American actress and comedian. She studied acting at the Juilliard School in New York and first rose to prominence in 1999 as Tammi Littlenut on the Comedy Central series Strangers With Candy. Thayer garnered supporting roles in the comedy films Hitch, Accepted, and Forgetting Sarah Marshall, as well as numerous television series, including Will & Grace, Nip/Tuck, 30 Rock, House, New Girl, Portlandia, Arrested Development, Brooklyn Nine-Nine and the Adult Swim series Eagleheart and Robot Chicken. She also played the lead role of Abbey Logan on the comedy series Those Who Can't and the title role in the horror comedy film Night of the Living Deb.
